Downtime Management

I download a full PDF back up in small batches on a monthly basis and save them to a shared drive where staff will easily be able to access them in the event of PolicyStat downtime. Since this is a time-consuming task, I usually spread it out over the course of a week.
Prior to migrating to PolicyStat, our previous policy management application allowed me to have this process automated so I scheduled it to run nightly. This ensured our backup files were always as current as possible. It would be fantastic if something like that is ever made possible with PolicyStat.
